the location proved super convenient! it was just a quick walk to the train and bus stations. the staff were friendly and offered helpful suggestions for local attractions and activities, awesome. i found the room clean and well equipped with essential furniture.
The room was a bit too warm. Even with the heating off, it was still a bit stuffy.

there is convenient on-site parking available at a reduced rate at the ncp car park. this made travel easier. the hotel also features an ironing room, that is a superb amenity for travellers needing to press clothes.

i found the reception staff quite cute upon arrival. the staff readily offered assistance when needed, showing they were attentive. their friendly demeanor added positively to my visit!

The location proved VERY convenient near transportation hubs. The bus and train stations were easily accessible. The double windows ensured rooms remained quiet.

good locationdusty cabinetrushed cleaning
the location was good, being close to the train station and the city center met my needs.
The room wasn't cleaned properly. i noticed streaks on the mirrors, it was the cleaning was rushed. also, the tv cabinet was dusty and untouched. The same went for the shelving units. this made me question what else was missed during cleaning.

convenient locationquick walk
i loved how close this spot was to the ferry terminal! the staff stored our bags until our room was ready, this was so convenient. the main street with all the shops was also just a super quick walk away
